Serum levels of IL-6 in SAP group and MAP group were (211.01 ± 107.98)pg/ml and (129.72 ± 56.53)pg/ml, respectively, and SAP group was higher than MAP group (P < 0.05). ⑤ There are relations between AOPP and WBC, GLU (P < 0.05), but no relations with LDH, blood calcium, ALB, BUN, Cr and blood amylase (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Serum levels of AOPP may be associated with the severity of AP; AOPP may be associated with the process of inflammatory response in the occurrence and development of AP; AOPP and indicators which associated with disease severity may be used as markers to estimate the severity in AP.
